On February 9, 2021 the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation took part in a public hearing held by the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan on the anti-dumping investigation against dumped imports of phthalic anhydride from China, South Korea and the Russian Federation, initiated on December 7, 2019 after the application lodged by M/s. Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited. The public hearing was held in the format of a Zoom-conference.
During the hearing, a representative of Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Ltd. made a report, representatives of other concerned companies gave their comments.
The final decision on the issue is yet to be made by the National Tariff Commission.
