The topic of information security is now recognized as a global problem that transcends national borders and attracts a lot of attention from many developed and developing countries. Reports of foreign groups hacking into government sites and stealing sensitive data are no longer new. The problem is compounded by new sophisticated attacks that costs billions of dollars annually. To raise awareness of cybersecurity and ensure the dissemination of knowledge in society, there is an urgent need for a specific subject scientific platform for the exchange of knowledge between academic and industry experts. It should be noted that effective cyberattacks can damage the infrastructure of an entire country and wreak havoc on its economy.
