On June 11, 2021, it was held online business mission  of the Russian company Petrovaxto Pakistan  in the format of a ZOOM conference. From the Pakistani side, the event was attended by leaders of the pharmaceutical market and major distributors of medicines and medical equipment: AGP, the official supplier of the Sputnik-V vaccine in Pakistan, as well as NIMBUS CHEMTECH and HERBION. Petrovax's product portfolio includes its own original drugs, localized drugs and vaccines, as well as generic drugs and dietary supplements.
The topic of the videoconference was Export and distribution in Pakistan of the Russian vaccine against influenza A and B. The parties discussed the demand for influenza vaccines on the Pakistani market, the procedure for certification of medical products in the country, as well as competition and pricing issues. Pakistani companies showed their interest to the proposals of the Russian side.
Based on the results of the negotiations, the parties decided to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement as the beginning of the implementation of the joint project.
